Rheba Suzzanne Bailey Dobbins Smith was born at home in Excelsior Springs, Missouri on May 9, 1934, one of twins. She went to meet her savior on Sunday, May 19, 2019. Her parents were Clell Edward Bailey and Vesta Laura Alexander Bailey. She was preceded in death by her parents, her twin brother Robert Ivan Bailey, a younger brother, Clell Edward Bailey, Jr. and two half-brothers, Edward Almon Trask and Gene McFarland Trask.
Rheba was a home-maker and also worked at several different jobs in her life including pharmacy tech at two different hospitals and as receptionist at PPG Industries. She enjoyed crafts, needle-craft, sewing and art.
She was a born-again Christian in 1954 and was active as a Sunday school teacher, department director, choir member, pianist and organist at various churches in Alabama and Colorado.
