Norman P. Allen, beloved husband and father, passed April 26, 2008, at Carondelet Manor. Graveside service will be Wednesday, April 30, at 11 a.m. at South Point Cemetery, Orrick, Mo. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at McGilley & Hoge Chapel, 8024 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, Kan. Norman was a professional controller at American Academy of Family Physicians for 32 years. He was a devoted leader of his family. Survived by his wife, Lucy; sons, David and Mark; daughter, Carol Swan and husband Dennis; grandchildren, Caitlin, Lauren, Michael, Matthew. Memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Community Hospice, 9740 W. 87th Street, Overland Park, KS 66212.
