Mother of Alva Swadling & Dora (Swadling) Reitz. Grandmother of Ronald Reitz. Great Grandmother of Thomas and Carol Reitz.
MRS. CLARA LOUISE SWADLING
Mrs. Clara Louise Swadling passed
away last Monday, November 8th.
at the home of her daughter Mrs.
Emil Reitz. West Main Street. Webster.
She was seventy-six years of
age. She leaves one daughter. Mrs.
Emil Reitz, one sister, Mrs. Daniel
Thompson of Fairport and two
brothers; Edwin Lincoln of Rochester,
Tyler Lincoln of Mendon. One
grandson Ronald Reitz.
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Swadling
were former residents of Union Hill,
having resided in the same house on
the Ridge Road for thirty-seven
years. Mr. Swadling's health began
failing and they came to live with
Mrs. Reitz early in November of
last year. Mr. Swadling passed
away on November 26th. 1937.
Mrs. Swadling has been in failing
health for the past two months.
The funeral was held yesterday,
November 10th, with burial at Union
Hill cemetery.
