Obituary of Stanford M. Catchot
Mr. Stanford M. Catchot, 91, of Biloxi, MS died Sunday, May 8, 2005, in Biloxi. Mr. Catchot was born in Ocean Springs and remained a lifelong resident of the coast. He worked as a nurse with Howard Memorial Hospital and The Biloxi VA Medical Center. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran of WW II and a member of Woolmarket Baptist Church. Mr. Catchot was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Annie Ryan Catchot, his former wife, Bessie Catchot, a son, Stanford Michael Catchot, II, one great grandchild and fourteen siblings.
Survivors include his wife of ten years, Pauline Wilson Catchot; a daugther, Donna Beal; four sons, Joseph Catchot, Leonard Catchot and Bruce Wilson all of Woolmarket and Paul Wilson of Wiggins and twelve grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 10, 2005, at 2 p.m. at the Woolmarket Baptist Church where friends may visit one hour before service time. Burial will follow in Coalville Cemetery.
