Funeral services were held 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15, at the Church of Christ with Minister Bob Burkert officiating. Interment followed in Julington Creek Cemetery.
Visitation were held from 5-8 p.m. on Monday April 14, at the Church of Christ, 2900 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine.

He was survived by his wife of 43 years, Gail Keeny, St. Augustine; son, Alex Keeny, his wife Julie, and their children, Jordan, Ashton, Carson, and Ryder, Ft. Bragg, N.C., daughter, Wendy Dees, her husband Thomas, and their children, Trevor, Tyler, and Raiden, Hastings, Fla.; son, Victor Keeny, and his children, Justin Flicker, Branden Flicker, Victor and Ryan Keeny, St. Augustine; his mother, Hazel Keeny, Palm Coast; two brothers, Jim and Marvin Keeny, both of St. Augustine; one sister, Linda Hacker, Palm Coast.
He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Keeny, and a brother, Gene Keeny.
