EFFIE MALLERNEE, aged 22 years, died suddenly at her home in Pittsburgh, Thursday of last week.
She had lately recovered from pneumonia, and was walking on the street when stricken.
Her remains were brought to Cadiz for interment, and funeral services were held at the home of her brother, J. B. Mallernee.
Miss Effie was a bright young lady, and has been employed at Pittsburgh as a stenographer.
