Saloka, Susan Kay (Jenson) age 70, of Minneapolis, MN passed away on October 19, 2020. Preceded in death by parents Barton and Bernice Jenson. Survived by daughter Elizabeth Saloka. Susan will always be remembered for her intelligence, wit, and warm laugh. After graduating from Mounds View High School, Susan earned a Bachelor's Degree in American History from the University of Minnesota. Susan went on to a real estate career, selling homes in the greater Minneapolis area for more than thirty years. She was a loving friend, mother, poodle-owner, and neighbor. Susan was always the life of the party, throwing countless beef bourguignon dinners in her home in Edina. Susan later moved to Minneapolis where she enjoyed local delicacies like Jucy Lucys from Matt's and fresh fried trout at Jax Supper Club. Susan loved fun, whether that meant traveling Europe or listening to Louis Armstrong CDs while playing board games in her nightgown. Despite being an astute businesswoman, Susan never took herself or anyone else too seriously. Private burial in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Minneapolis.
