Floyd is the son of John C. and Rachel Van Ausdale Hartman.Survivors include his parents and several brothers as well as Florence and 1 daughter,Mabel and 3 sons. Floyd was one of 12 sons. He died in an auto accident in Albany,NY. He served in the Marine Corp from 1906 until his death.He served in several recruiting offices in NYS,California and Pennsylvania. He served in Panama,Cuba,Haiti and Nicauragua.He was married to Frances Ast Hartman and 2nd family Mable Burroughs.
