Gary Ross Clem

Gary Ross Clem passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family in Lompoc in the early morning of August 12, 2015. Gary was born on February 3, 1945 in Winchester, VA.


He was an auto mechanic at Tor's SAAB for 49 years. Gary also really enjoyed attending the horse races and having family get togethers at Miguelito Canyon park to play horseshoes.


He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Donna Clem; brother, Jack Clem; sisters Careth Brossman and Nancy White; his children Troy Clem, Tina Gordon, Carath Clem, Son in law Tony Gordon and daughter in law Araceli Clem; grandchildren Breanna Gordon, Corbin Clem, Jacob Gordon, Megan Gordon, Hannah Clem, Hailey Schaub, and Melina Clem; and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his entire family.


He was preceded in death by his parents Irene and Luther Clem, Brothers Robert "Bobbie" Clem, William "Billie" Clem, and Franklin "Mack" Clem.


Gary had a great sense of humor, was very wise, giving, and loved his whole family.


A private Celebration of Life will be held at Miguelito Canyon Park at a later date.
