Patsy Sullivan Tuttle
Patsy Sullivan Tuttle, 61, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2005, at Hospice of Dayton.
Born January 1, 1944, in McClelland, Arkansas, she was a medical nurse.
She was preceded in death by her father, R. L. Sullivan.
Survivors include her husband, Estil Tuttle of Dayton; her mother and stepfather, Imogene and L. F. Taylor of Des Ark, Arkansas; daugthers, Elizbeth Reeder of Centerville, Ohio, and Sheila Reed of Fairborn, Ohio; sisters Mary White and Linda Hood of Cabot, Arkansas, Debbie Johnson of Beebe, Arkansas and Barbara Billingsley of Des Ark, Arkansas; four grandchildren and a great grandchild.
Funeral Services were conducted Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at House & Rawlings Funeral Home with Rev. Columbus Hensley officiating. Burial followed in Smith Cemetery in London.
