Tammy Marie Cockerham Adame of Mount Airy passed away July 23, 2019 at her home.
She was born in Surry County to Randall Cosby Cockerham and Judy Faye Gaylean Cockerham on November 2, 1969.
She was preceded in death by her father, Randall Cockerham and grandma Bell; infant child and infant grandchild.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Cockerham; children, Adriana Adame and Josh Adame; brother, Ronald Cockerham (Jennifer); and four grandchildren.
Funeral service will be conducted at Mount Airy Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Burial will follow in the Old Hollow Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Mount Airy, NC.
