Dorothy Helen Hall was born March 6, 1939 in Cleveland County, North Carolina. She was called to her home in Heaven on March 28, 2024. Helen was the daughter of Montine Wood Hall and her husband, William Barnett Hall.
She was preceded to Heaven by her Mother, Montine Wood Hall; three brothers. Jack Wood Hall, J.L. Hall and William Burl Hall. She was also preceded by her son, William Kirk Pethel and a precious infant grandson, Nicholas Pethel (son of Neil and Tyannne Pethel).
Helen is survived by her husband, Roger Aycock and first husband, Stanley Paige Pethel Sr., their sons, Stanley Paige Pethel Jr. and his wife Susan Thrasher Pethel, Barry and Lorrie Pethel and Neil and Tyanne Pethel. Helen is also survived by her only sister, Ann Hawkins and youngest brother Stan Hall.
Helen also leaves behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren that she adored.
