Moe was a stray cat in our neighborhood. He mostly hung out at a neighbor's home about a block away. About a year and a half before his death he started coming over to our home on a regular basis to eat. Turns out he was not actually a feral cat. He meowed and purred and I could pet him. I'm not sure how long he lived on the street but it was likely a number of years. Possibly he was a pet years ago and was set loose in our neighborhood. He couldn't come into our home because of our dog and we already had a number of house cats. My neighbor where he hung out at would feed him and then I was feeding him on a regular basis. I named him Moe because I thought it fit him. My sister called him Shaggy. I have cat beds on my porch and he would sometime sleep in one of them. I called him Chor-da-lee sometimes because of the purring noise he made - it was unique. His year of birth is estimated. He appeared to be at least 12 years old at the time of his death. I'm glad I at least got a few photos of him and some videos too.
