Betty was one of 10 children born to Lelia Mae Farrell and Henry Thomas Miller from Plano. Betty was married to Cecil Bentley Taylor for 68 years. She was City Secretary of Plano for 25 years and retired in 1975. She and Cecil had one son - Philip Bentley Taylor. Betty died of natural causes at the age of 92.
