Archer, Esq., departed this life, in the 51st year of his age. He was for several years a member of the Legislature, and for a long time held the office of Judge of the Court of Common Pleas, and was at the time of his death, a Justice of the Peace, the duties of which office he had performed for upwards of 20 years.
