NEW AUGUSTA -- Mrs. Gertie V. Hollimon, 73, Route 1, New Augusta, died Sunday in New Augusta.
Visitors may call Saturday from 7 until 9 p.m. at Century Funeral Home in Hattiesburg. The funeral will be held Sunday, Dec. 16, at 11 a.m. at the Third Sweet Pilgrim Association Center in New Augusta, followed by burial in the Hollimon Cemetery.
Survivors include a daughter, Miss Lori Hollimon; a son, Christopher Hollimon, both of New Augusta; a sister, Mrs. Maudene Eady of Biloxi; and four brothers, Carzell Gowdy and James V. Gowdy, both of Marrero, La., Ben Gowdy and John H. Gowdy, both of Biloxi.
