Funeral services for Miss Thelma Belle Achorn were held at her home Friday afternoon and were conducted by Rev. H.O. Megert of the Methodist Church. She is survived by her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Achorn; three sisters, Mrs. Kenneth Benner of Whitinsville, Mass., Mrs. John Nolan of Brocklyn, N.Y., Mrs. Stanley Stellick of Staffordville, Conn., and brother Raymond Achorn of Portland, and her grandfather, L.C. Waltz.

Thelma Belle Achorn, 14, youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Ira W. Achorn died Tuesday morning after an illness of measles and influenza. She had just completed her fist year in the Waldoboro High School. The surviving relatives are the father and mother, three sisters, Mrs. Kenneth Benner of Whitingsville, Mass., Mrs. John Nolan of Brooklyn, N. Y., and Mrs. Stanley Stellick of Staffordville, Conn.; a brother, Raymond Achorn of Portland, and a grandfather, L. C. Waltz of this town. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p. m., and will be conducted by the Rev. H. O. Megart of the Methodist Church.
