1901–1986 and father Nathan Laycock 1891–1945. She married Robert Edward Nelson on 24 April 1943, in Kansas City, Clay, Missouri, United States. They had one daughter together Carole Anne Nelson. She died peacefully in her home on August 8 2015, at the age of 93.

She had one daughter Carole Ann Ketterer with Robert Edward Nelson (they married on April 21, 1943) Carole was born in 1944. She had one sister Sara Marie Laycock. Grandma GeGe was a very loving mother she raised her oldest and youngest granddaughters she was a devoted wife she worked at KFC chicken for many years living majority of her life in Utah she took care of Robert full time in his last years of life she then moved to Arizona to spend time with family she continued to raise her youngest granddaughter untill her final days at her request her remains were donated to medical science.
