MRS. ANNA NORTON SUCCUMBS AT HER DAUGHTER'S RESIDENCE

Mrs. Anna Norton, who made her home in the Pine Brook section for the past forty-eight years, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Jordan, 829 Capouse Avenue, following a few days' illness.


Mrs. Norton was a native of Ireland. She was a member of St. Peter's Cathedral.


The body has been taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Langan, 315 New Street, from where the funeral will take place on Wednesday, with a mass at 9:30 a. m. in St. Peter's Cathedral. Interment will be in the Cathedral cemetery.


Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Langan, Mrs. Jordan, Mrs. George Harold, all of Scranton, and Mrs. Charles Reilly, East Orange, N. J.; three sons, James and John Norton, Scranton, and Francis Norton, of Bloomfield, N. J.; twenty-one grandchildren, three sisters: Mrs. Catherine Dolan, Mrs. Beatrice Moran and Mrs. Sarah McCormick, and a brother, John Moran, all of New York.
