Services for Helen L. Gaumer, 86, Logansport, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Kroeger Funeral Home.
She died at 10:15 p.m. Saturday, May 17, 2008, at Chase Center.
Born July 18, 1921, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Henry and Goldie Patton Gaumer.
Helen retired in 1977 as a quality control inspector at General Tire. She was a former member of the VFW Post 3790 Auxiliary and Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers Auxiliary.
Surviving are sister, Ruth Wolford, Hobart; nieces and nephews, Debbie and Keith Weaver, Portage, Marilyn Muniz, Hobart, Lee and Cindy Gaumer, Logansport, and Paula and Gene Tooke, Tonawanda, N.Y.; great-nieces and great- nephews, Brian Weaver, Portage, Allison Gaumer, Lauren Gaumer and Matt Gaumer, all of Logansport, and Chris Gaumer, Port St. Lucie, Fla.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Gaumer.
Father Tim Kroeger will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
