Juanita was surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 5, 1931 in Covington County, AL to Johnny Lee McAdams and Ethel Melini Bodiford. Juanita enjoyed crocheting, reading, and fishing.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Harrelson, and her late husband William A. O'Brath Sr. Survivors include her 3 sons, Tommy Nancy Harrel-son of Zephyrhills, FL., Johnny Aletha Harrel-son of Zephyrhills, FL., and David Harrelson of OK; 6 daughters, Edith Russell Cloud, Brenda Barley, Bunny Raymond Eady, Polly Harrelson-Boykin, Vicky Thom Morris, Cynthia Harrel-son all of Lakeland, FL., 1 step-son, William A Kathy O'Brath Jr. of Bedford, KY, 2 step-daughters, Shirley Ronnie Rodgers of KY and Barbara Willis Bussey of GA. Juanita is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
