OBITUARY - DES MOINES REGISTER NOVEMBER 24, 1991

Charles W. Riddle, 68, of 2914 E. 16th St., died of cancer Thursday at Veterans Medical Center in Des Moines. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Lee Town Assembly Church,of which he was a member. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Riddle, a lifelong Des Moines resident, was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Dolores; three sons, Dana, Jeffrey and Brand, all of Des Moines; two stepdaughters, Betty Hall of Des Moines and Sally Renaud of Bondurant; a brother, Harold of Ringgold; seven sisters, Katheryn Chapman, Hazel Seiberling and Janet Spevack, all of Des Moines, Mary Vos of Mitchellville, Geraldine Rhoades of Polk City, Gloria Storey of Woodward, and Gladys Luker of Mobile, Ala; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Hamilton's Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m.
