Corvine Patterson Funeral
Well Known Local Negro Will Be Buried Tomorrow
Funeral services for Corvine Patterson, one time street commissioner and a leader of the colored race, will be held from the Metropolitan Baptist church (negro) tomorrow afternoon at 1:30pm. Mr. Patterson was one of the best known negroes in the county, having been a prominent figure in several political campaigns. Mr. Patterson committed suicide Tuesday by shooting himself.
