CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - Agnes L. Polasek, age 92, passed away on May 23, 2008. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rudolf Polasek, parents, and all her brothers and sisters, four grandchildren, one stepson, and one son-in-law.
Agnes is survived by her stepchildren Irene (Dan) Kubala of Corpus Christi, Texas, Eleanor (Bernard) Jesko of Kerrville, Texas, Jerome (Julie) Polasek of Three Rivers, Texas, Nan Bailey of Corpus Christi, Texas, Richard (Wanda) Polasek of St. Hedwig, Texas, Carole Jean Baker of College Station, Texas, daughter-in-law Carol Polasek of Tynan, Texas, 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews including Victoria Domel of Jarrell, Texas, Margaret Vrazel of Buckholt, Texas and Frank Pospisil of Jarrell, Texas.
Visitation and a rosary service were held on Monday, May 26th at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel, Corpus Christi, TX. A funeral mass was held on Tuesday, May 27th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Corpus Christi, TX. Interment held on Wednesday, May 28th at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Corn Hill, TX.
Her grandsons served as pallbearers: Donald Kubala of Dallas, Texas, Jerry Polasek of Hebbronville, Jeff Bailey of Houston, Texas, Shane Baker of Boerne, Texas, Gene Polasek of Victoria, Texas and Raymond Polasek of Corpus Christi, Texas.
