Funeral services for Ridley Eugene Baldwin, age 13, were held Sunday, January 4, at 2 p.m. ath the Bethlehem Church in the Woody Community, with Rev. Buster Parrott officiating, with Bilbrey Funeral Home in charge.
Ridley was taken ill at school Wednesday, Dec. 31, was taken to Uplands Thursday, Jan. 1; and was given the best of care until death came Friday, Jan. 2. His death was due to diabetes. His brief illness and death was a great shock to all.
Burial was in the Woody Cemetery.
The deceased is survived by parents, Roy and Mary Jane (Woody) Baldwin, a brother Vernon; and a sister Wilma.
