On January 18,1942 Samuel and Eva Bivens gave birth to their second son thus naming him Seconious which when translated from Latin means second son. He was born in Cordele Georgia.The family moved to Baltimore, Maryland in 1948. He attended schools in Baltimore County from which he graduated in 1961.He showed his ardent love for Jehovah at the tender age of eight years when he symbolized his dedication by water baptism.He accepted positions of responsibliity in the South Dundalk Congregation as well as the Cedonia Congregation where he was Presiding Overseer until his demise on May 26,2008. On October 6,1962 he married the love of his life Hattie Cookie Williams of this union were born four children.He was employed by C& P Telephone Company now known as Verizon for 32 yr and recieved recongnition as an outstanding employee with perfect attendance for all those years.We look forward to seeing Brother Bivens as we all continue to work our way home to the earthly paradise Jehovah promised.He will look forward to the family reunion with Cookie ,Gary and Christine,Gary Jr,Christophe,Gina,Rodney and Devin,his Big Brother Bennie and Lois,his wife ,their children and grandchildren his sister Betty and family ,Esther and Kenneth and sons, his niece Tara and nephews Corey and Jared and All of you.
