Mrs. Ada Jackson Chandler, of Carthage, died October 19 at the Carthage Health Care Center after a long illness. She was a native of Leake County and a member of Renfroe Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sister Mrs. Clara Barnett, of Carthage, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held October 21 at Wilcox Funeral Home with Rev. Randolph Scott officiating. Burial was in the Rocky Point cemetery.
Pallbearers were Billy Barnett, Joe Dean Barnett, Don Barnett, Sammy Bonner, and J.W. Camp.
