Funeral services were held Sunday for Mrs. Hettie Virginia Travis, aged 46, who died at her home near Emmett early Tuesday morning, was held from the Christian church of Irene Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
The rites were conducted by the pastor of the Christian church of Hillsboro.
Surviving are her husband and fourteen children. Two of her daughters, Mrs. Estele Dunagan and Mrs. Ruby Cagle, living here.
Pall bearers were two brothers, John and Cling West, Tennessee, two sons, Stokley Travis, San Antonio and Hubert Travis, Michigan; two son in-laws, Ernest Dunagan, Blooming Grove, and Jim Cagle, Dresden.
The McCormick Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
