Haslet, Jan2 - Mrs. Mary Lee Tate, 85, a Tarrant County resident more than 30 years died unexpectedly early Saturday at her home in Haslet.
She was born in Hot Springs,Ark and was the widow of TJ Tate. She was a member of the Methodist Church at Hurst.
Survivors are four daughters Mrs. Bess Wood and Mrs William Vaughn of Fort Worth, Mrs E.O. Peck of Blum and Mrs Robert M Sweger of Dallas, two sons, Jake Tate of Durant Okla, and Jack Tate of Haslet; a sister, Mrs W.B. Reynolds of Mayfield, KY, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be at 11am Monday at Moore Funeral Chapel in Arlington with Rev. H.M. Hopkins officiating. Burial will be at Parkdale Cemetery in Arlington.
Pallbearers will be Jimmie Reeves, Finis Glassie, Sam Hands, L.C. Birch, Robert Waggoner, J.T. Sanders, Raymond Vaughn and Bob James.
