Donna M. (Hickman) Dumont was born in Frankfort, Concord Twp., Ross Co., Ohio to James L. Hickman and Alatha D. Lechliter. Records I have indicate her birth was in 1902. Donna and her sister Frances were always playing jokes on each other and were the life of a party! She was my great aunt. In their younger years, a gentleman sent Aunt Donna box of chocolate candy. Frances opened it and removed and ate all the chocolates and replaced them with marshmallows. She rewrapped the box and Donna could never understand why the guy would send her a box of marshmallows! Donna never found out it was Frances until they were in much later years and it remained a standing repeated story at family gatherings.
