William Henry Roller, 88, a retired farmer of Palmyra, died at Passavant Hospital Sunday at 8:35 a.m. He was born April 29, 1891, in Kentucky, a son of Robert and Meldia Parker Roller.
He married Mildred Gladys White, March of 1917, and she survives with one son, Clarence of Girard, one daughter, Ida Mae Wilson of Springfield, two sisters, Mrs. Edith Hills of Franklin and Mrs. Minnie Jones of Jacksonville, five grandchildren, three nieces and one nephew.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Stults-Neece Funeral Home at Palmyra. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Visitation from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home Monday evening.
