Mrs. Moore was born May 11, 1922, In Breathitt County, Ky., to Proctor and Alice Row Mann. She married Melvin Earl Moore on May 3, 1937, in Cleburne. She was a homemaker and loved her family and was dearly loved by all her family. She was a member of New Life Pentecostal Church in Walnut Springs.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; and great-grandson, Justin Conner.
Survivors: Son, Charles E. Moore; daughters, Louise Gartrell and husband, Winton, and Mary Ann Million and husband, Glennis, all of Glen Rose; sister, Irene Jolly of Glen Rose; brother, Jim Mann of Denton; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
