1913 family reunion at the old Taylor Dowdy house which stands at the intersection of Oak Grove Rd. and Lambert Rd. The annual reunions were traditionally observed on the closest Sunday to June 6, the birthday of Taylor and his twin brother Scott and held at the home of either Taylor or Scott.
