Mrs. P. G. Snowden, 86 died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Walter Hawkins, wife of the former councilman, 1040 Oak street yesterday. She had been a resident of Florida for sixty years. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd. Besides Mrs. Hawkins she leaves one other daughter, Mrs. Goree (Sally) Nelson of Tampa; one son, B. Z. Snowden of Jacksonville; and one step-son, Dr. R. R. Snowden of Los Angeles, Calif. The body will be taken to Ocala, her former home, where the funeral will take place at 3 o'clock this afternoon with interment there.
