Mrs. Florence B. Tish, 77, the wife of Reuel E. Tish, of Des Moines, died of a heart ailment after a long illness on Sunday, Dec. 3, at Riverview Manor, Des Moines.
She was born in Albia and lived in the Grinnell, Montezuma, Searsboro area and in Des Moines for 18 years. She was a member of the West Liberty Church of Christ, Mercy Rebekah Lodge, Carlisle Chapter of the Eastern Star and Mt. Olivet White Shrine.
Survivors include her husband, Reuel; a daughter, Mrs. Aleen Boese of Des Moines; four sons, Samuel Arlon of Orlando, Fla., Elvin of Miami, Fla., Gerald of Des Moines, Ronald of Honolulu, Hawaii; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
