Ben James Long passed away Monday afternoon, June 2nd 2008 after a long battle with cancer. The world lost a bright soul and the world will be a little darker for that lost.
Ben was born May 4th, 1971 in London, England, Son of Neal and Trudy Long. Ben was a Water Maintenance Engineer and Calhan resident.
He was a jack of all trades; if it was broken he could fix it. Benjamin was a wonderful friend and companion. He will be greatly missed.
Ben is survived by his two children, Cody James and Jody Ann; two brothers, Jason and wife Shanae of Wellington, Co. and C.B. and wife Sarah of Colorado Springs and best Gal, Diana Levin of Calhan.
Memorial Services were at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 7th at Sunrise United Methodist Church, 2655 Briargate Blvd.
