Keith R. Cunningham, 47, of Parsons, Kansas, was found dead at his home on Friday, June 13, 2008. He had been in his usual health and death was unexpected.
He was born on September 27, 1960 at Parsons, Kansas to Kent and Joyce (Rhodes) Cunningham.
He grew up at Parsons and attended Parsons schools graduating from Parsons High School in 1978.
He worked at Dayton-Superior for 30 years until his death where he was currently in charge of Quality Assurance in the epoxy building.
He loved playing his guitar and listening to a variety of music. He enjoyed playing video games with his nephew and fishing.
He was a member of the Local Union 293 International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers.
Survivors include one brother, Ken Cunningham, Pittsburg, KS; two sisters, Lea Anne Bogart of Wymore, NE, and Sue Cunningham of rural Parsons, KS; five nephews, Duncan and Joel Cunningham, Dylan and Ross Bogart, and Tyler Breaux; one niece, Meghan Bogart; great-nephews, Sean and Cabett Bogart; great-niece, Kayden Bogart; and one aunt, Gay McClain Sabetha.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be heldJune 19, 2008 at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home, Parsons, KS. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery with a private graveside service held at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to the Recording Arts Technology Program at Labette Community College.
