DANIEL, Van Buren-- March 13, 1986, the son of the late William Allen & Margaret Ann Haskins Daniel. Mr. Daniel, born in Coble, reared on Crooked Creek in Perry County where a long line of relatives and his father were born. He then went to Mississippi in his adult years to return to live in Nashville where he worked at Nashville Gas Company until his retirement. He was preceeded in death by his wife, Rebecca Lucinda Cooper, of Hickman Co., Tn. Survived by three sons, William Daniel, Lavergne, Tn., William Howard Milum, Mt. Juliet, Tn, and James Cooper Milum, of Ga, two daughters, Audie Mae Cain, Columbia, Tn., Mary Alice Melton, Antioch, sisters, Amy (Pete) Gaskins, Mammie Gaskins, twenty-seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 15, at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Pettus Owen & Wood. Bro. Jimmy Dorris officiating. Interment Harpeth Hills Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers. PETTUS OWEN & WOOD, 292-3392.
