Malcolm Multer was born in The Bronx to Fannie Harris and Leo Multer. He enlisted in the U.S. Army on 28 Dec 1943 and died in March 1945, of battlefield injuries inflicted by an artillery shell. He was awarded a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star. He was interred in Long Island National Cemetery on 8 Dec 1948.
