EPHRAIM--Ila Cherry Allred, 93, of Ephraim died April 22, 1995, at Canyon Hills Health Care Center in Nephi, Utah. Born May 18, 1901, in Ephraim, Utah to Alvin and Lena Marie Christensen Cherry. Married Robert Franklin Allred April 28, 1920, in Manti, Utah. Marriage later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He preceded her in death May 12, 1975. Ila was a homemaker devoted to her family. A member of the LDS Church, she served as a secretary in the Relief Society and worked with young women in the MIA. She is survived by one son and two daughters, Robert H. (Sherley), Orem, Utah; VaNiece (Gordon) Everts, Mt. Pleasant, Utah; Flora (Howard) Willardson, Ephraim, Utah; nine grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 26, 1995, at 12 noon in the Ephraim LDS Stake Center, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment, Ephraim City Cemetery. Funeral directors, Buchanan Mortuary, Manti, Utah.
