Possibly they meant "mother of" John Henry Carver as her son was born in 1894, died in 1968, and is buried in Portland, OR. Her in-laws, Henry Rowe Carver and Elizabeth Jane Griffith Carver, are buried in Gravelford Cemetery. It is unknown when William M. Carver died or where he is buried.
