Earl F. Bower, 83, of Newton, died Friday in Newton Rest Haven Nursing Home.
Services were held in Pulliam Funeral Home, Newton, with burial in Trexler Cemetery, west of Newton.
He married Flossie Toland Nov. 7, 1920 in Jasper County.
Surviving are his wife; a brother, Marshall of Wheeler; and two sisters, Mrs. James (Bertha) Clagg of Newton, and Mrs. Rufus (Evah) Richards of Onarga.
