RALPH O. WOOSTER DIES AT WARNER
Ralph O. Wooster, 70, life long resident of Washington County, died at his home at Warner on Monday morning following illnness.
Mr. Wooster was the son of the late Adam and Clara Montgomery Wooster. He was born in Aurelius Township on Oct. 17, 1869 and spent his entire life in Salem and Aurelius Townships. He was an oil well contractor and was engaged in the Macksburg oil fields during the active days of the oil industry. On July 15 1891, he married Laura B. Ward. She died on January 9, 1936.
Survivors are three sons, Earl Wooster of Warner, Ray Wooster of Olney, Ill., and Paul Wooster of Columbus. There are five grandchildren, Mrs. Virginia Long, Betty, Martha and Joseph Wooster of Columbus and Ruth Wooster of Olney, Ill. Mr. Wooster was a member of Marietta Aerie No. 458, Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Universalist Church in Salem Township and interment will be made in the cemetery adjoining the church. The body will be taken from Doudna and McClure's to the home at Warner on Tuesday.
