Leon A. MacRae Dies Thursday In Ford Hospital
Leon A. MacRae, 1402 E. Broadway, died Thursday in Ford Hospital, Detroit, where he had been a patient since Jan. 19. He was born in Coleman on June 1, 1894 and had lived most of his life in the Mt. Pleasant area. He was retired and former owner of the Crystal Ice Co. He was a member of the Chamber of Commerce here.
Funeral services are set for Sunday, Jan. 30 at 3 pm in the Stinson Funeral Home with Res. Reford Corr officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Surviving Mr. MacRae are his wife, Jessie E. MacRae; three sons, Boynton of LaGrange, Ind., Robert of Harrison and Donald of Worthington, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. C. T. Christensen of Denver, Colo.
