Jessie E. MacRae, 93, of Harrison and formerly of Mt. Pleasant died Saturday, July 26, 1986, at Clare Hospital.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at the Stinson-Helms Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with the Rev. Ron Ditmars of First Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant.
Friends may call at the funeral home until time of services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Mt. Pleasant. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Mrs. MacRae was born Nov. 4, 1892, in Union Township, Isabella County to Joseph and Elenor Wrightman Shaw. She married Leon A. MacRae, who preceded her in death Jan. 27, 1966.
A 15-year resident of Harrison, she had attended Michigan Normal School, now Central Michigan University. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, the Central Michigan Community Hospital Auxiliary and the Mt. Pleasant Women's Club.
She is survived by two sons, Robert J. of Harrison, and Donald J. of Johnstown, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a son, Boynton S.; and a sister, Eva Ambler.
