Services for Norbert L. Block, 79, of 3605 Bussey Road, South Onondaga, who died Monday at Community-General Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack at his home, will be at 9:15 a.m. tomorrow at Ryan Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. in Corpus Christi Church. Spring burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Otisco. Calling hours will be 2 to and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 44 E. Main St., Marcellus. Mr. Block, a life resident of South Onondaga, had retired in 1957 as a construction worker for H. H. Butler Construction Co. Surviving are his wife, Catherine; three sons, John of Youngstown, Ohio, James E. of South Onondaga and William R. of Brewerton; four daughters, Mrs. Ivan Jaquith of Amber, Mrs. Wesly Barrett, Mrs. Gerald Cook and Mrs. Earl Cook, all of South Onondaga; two sisters, Mrs. Eleanor Boroski of Otisco and Mrs. Stanley Boroski of South Onondaga; 32 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
