Daniel M. Albright, a well known deaf mute, died at the home of his nephew, Hon. John M. Brower, in this city, last night at midnight. The deceased was eight-one years old last January and while he had been a great sufferer from Rheumatism all his life his death was due to old age and general breaking down. He was born in Guilford county and has been in this county about forty years, and is survived by a brother, James M. Albright, well known newspaper man of Asheville. The funeral service will be conducted by the grave by Rev. J. E. Abernethy, this afternoon at three o'clock, and the interment will take place at Oakdale cemetery.
