Mr. Locklar was born Nov. 16, 1922, in Corsicana. He was a product manager for Safeway for 16 years. He was the founder of the Heart of Texas Trail Ride and was a member of the Elm Mott riding club.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita Locklear; a daughter Tammy Warrick of Robinson; a son, A.D. Locklar of Chalk Bluff; a sister, Agnes Boyd of Corsicana, a brother, Arvil S Locklar of Corsicana; and a grandson.
