Mrs. Locklar was born July 25, 1929, in Wabash Indiana. She graduated from Waco High School in 1947 and worked in the meat marker at Safeway Grocery Store for 40 years until retiring in 1991.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Ray Locklar in 1992.
Survivors include a daughter, Tammy Warrick of Robinson; a son, A.D. Buddy Locklar of Chalk Bluff; a brother, Jacques E. Noftzger of Nevada; and grandsons, Bradon Warrick and Wyatt Locklar.
