Mrs. Joe Bishop died Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Abe Wilhoit, southeast of the city. Mrs. Bishop had been ill several weeks from a complication of diseases. The deceased is survived by four sons, Ed Bishop, Westfield; Willis Bishop, Paris; Lee Bishop, Terre Haute; Ernest Bishop, Martinsville and two daughters, Mrs. Eva Wilhoit, Martinsville, and Mrs. Abe Wilhoit, Kansas.
The funeral service was held at Pleasant Hill church at 11 o'clock Thursday, the Rev. Doris of Martinsville, officiating.
